Co-Care Community

We refer to Schie Speech for an oral evaluation and an appropriate treatment plan that may include a referral to Cusp Dental Boutique for oral tie release as well as continued post op care with the Speech Language Pathologist. This type of co-care is greatly helpful in breastfeeding success. We provide breastfeeding support before and after delivery. Midwife Amy can work with you to help formulate a plan to achieve your infant feeding goals. This is usually charged at an hourly rate but our goal is that every mother has plenty of assistance with breastfeeding her baby. Financial concerns shouldn’t be a barrier to getting the help you need. Midwife Amy was blessed to breastfeed each of her babies and even had some tandem nursing between children. Great support getting started can mean the difference between a great nursing relationship and one that leaves you feeling frazzled and frustrated. You have enough challenges with a new baby, breastfeeding doesn’t need to be another one.
